Your licence

When you buy ContextDrop, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Macs you own or control. There's no subscription. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app beyond what your local law allows.

If you bought through the Mac App Store, Apple's standard EULA also applies.

Updates

We may release updates from time to time. We're not obligated to, and we may discontinue features or the app. App Store updates are delivered by Apple; direct updates are delivered through the app.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Direct purchases: 14-day money-back guarantee. App Store purchases: handled by Apple.

Privacy

The app processes PDFs entirely on your device. We don't collect personal data through the app. See our Privacy Policy.

No warranty, limited liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is capped at what you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms don't limit any rights you have under the consumer-protection law of the country where you live.

Direct purchases — merchant of record

For purchases made directly through contextdrop.app, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC) is the merchant of record. They process payment, collect tax (GST / VAT / sales tax) where applicable, and issue receipts. Their terms and privacy policy also apply.
